Although pregnancy is a natural process, it brings significant physical, emotional, and social changes to the mother. Proper care is essential to minimize complications and ensure the safety of both mother and baby.
Klongtun Hospital is committed to providing comprehensive maternal and newborn care from pregnancy through delivery, ensuring a warm and joyful experience for your growing family.
1. Fixed-Price Delivery Packages, Two Delivery Options
- Natural Birth: 20,000 THB (Twenty thousand baht)
- Cesarean Section (C-Section): 40,000 THB (Forty thousand baht)
2.Special Promotion (for those choosing a fixed-price delivery package)
- *Tubal Ligation (Sterilization) with C-Section: Additional 5,000 THB
- Tubal Ligation with Natural Birth: Additional 15,000 THB
**Payment Plan for Delivery Costs

To ease the financial burden, Klongtun Hospital offers a prepayment plan starting from the first prenatal visit. This allows expectant mothers to make advance payments towards the package cost before delivery day.
Expenses Not Included in the Fixed-Price Package
1. Additional medications and medical supplies not listed in the package, any unrelated surgical procedures, and miscellaneous expenses such as beverages (only 2 free bottles of water are included), special meal orders, phone charges, etc.
2. Delivery of healthy twins – Additional costs will be charged based on actual expenses.
3. Blood tests and transfusions (e.g., platelet analysis, blood reservation, and transfusion before, during, or after surgery).
4. Medical costs incurred before and after using the delivery package, including prenatal check-ups.
5. High-risk pregnancies requiring specialized care, such as:
- Severe preeclampsia
- Complicated twin pregnancies
- Mothers with chronic conditions requiring close monitoring (e.g., HIV, uncontrolled diabetes, hypertension, heart/lung/kidney disease, cancer, or prior major surgeries)
- Preterm rupture of membranes, gestational diabetes, excessive bleeding before or after delivery, retained placenta

6. Natural birth pain management – The package does not cover anesthesiologist fees or additional costs for pain relief medication.
7. Additional medical consultations and post-delivery care, including: - Specialist consultations (if required) - Take-home medications - Vaccinations - Special medical devices used during delivery or surgery (e.g., in cases of infection, severe bleeding, or complications).
8. Extended hospitalization beyond standard room coverage, including ICU stays for mother or baby. Additional charges apply.
9. Neonatal jaundice treatment requiring phototherapy is not included in the package.
Important Notes
📌 This fixed-price package is for mothers without underlying health conditions that may affect delivery.
📌 If a mother initially chooses natural birth but later requires or decides on a C-section, the hospital will immediately switch to the C-section package, with additional fees:
- 1,500 THB for delivery setup (in some cases)
- 500 THB for labor room use
