6 Lung Exercises for Long Covid Rehabilitation

Long Covid recovery can be achieved by getting enough sleep.   4. Raised hand posture. Sit with chest stretched. Breathe in through the nose. with both arms raised in front Take a long breath out through your mouth with your arms down.
  5. Puffed belly: Sit up straight, place both hands on the abdomen. Inhale until the stomach is full (the chest does not expand), exhale until the stomach is flat.
  6. Stable chest posture. Sit up straight and place your left hand on your chest. The right hand is placed under the epigastric tongue. Inhale with a full stomach (chest does not expand), exhale flattened stomach.
